Personal Lines Account Manager

Interested candidate must support both team efforts and independent work responding to client needs as well as initiating proactive client care. The ideal candidate will have:

good computer and communications skills
appropriate Producers license
strong knowledge of personal lines insurance coverage
experience in multi-carrier insurance rating
enjoy developing strong customer relationships while delivering superior customer service including sales and service of insurance coverage to new and existing customers.
ability to take a consultative approach to insurance service, identifying insurance coverage gaps and recommending appropriate products to fill those gaps
appreciation for insurance product differences and assist clients and prospects in recogonizing the value of proper coverage over lowest price coverage
Applied (TAM Online) experience is highly desirable
insurance sales experience a plus

We offer a competitive pay and benefits package. Our staff currently enjoy alternating split-shift hours of 7:30am to 3:30 pm and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm as well as 3:00 closings on Fridays in July and August to allow a comfortable work/life balance.

Commercial Lines New Business Marketer

P&C Commercial Lines Marketer will vet, reject and/or market all inbound commercial accounts as well as directly support commercial lines producers by assisting in the marketing and placing of new business accounts. The ideal candidate will have:

good computer and communication skills
at least three years of commercial lines insurance experience
strong understanding of comercial lines coverages
experience entering and quoting risks on-line with mutliple carriers
ability to identify coverage needs or gaps and recommend appropriate coverage
excellent organization and time management skills
ability to work in a team environment as well as individually

Current Open Position!

Commercial Lines Renewal Producer/Placer

We have an outstanding opportunity for an experienced commercial lines producer or underwriter. We have a large book of commercial lines business that will need to be renewed annually following the retirement of one of our Commercial Producers in the coming years. This position will also involve the marketing and placing of new business generated by other commercial lines producers. This position is ultimately salary plus commission. The ideal candidate will have:

good computer and communication skills
excellent phone and in-person relationship skills
at least three years of commercial lines insurance experience
strong understanding of comercial lines coverages
experience entering and quoting risks on-line with mutliple carriers
ability to identify coverage needs or gaps and recommend appropriate coverage
excellent organization and time management skills
ability to work in a team environment as well as individually
